⭐️1-2pm - Rolls (Callum) ⭐️
Teaching you the basics of rolls to eventually build up to more advanced rolls which are some of the tricks Callum is best known for (Check out his instagram for mindblowing stuff @thebluejuggler
Focusing on how these rolls can translate to our hoop dance too!

----20 MIN BREAK---

⭐️2:20-3:20pm - Multihoop for Everyone (Lisa) ⭐️
Workshop focusing on easy multihoop shapes that are accessible for everyone, big mandala shapes that are impressive but simple, lots of shapes to learn!
(We will have spare hoops for people to use for this workshop if you don't have multiple of the same size but beware, after this workshop it might make you want to buy EVEN MORE hoops!)

⭐️3:20-4:20pm Balance (Callum) ⭐️
Balancing can really introduce welcome dynamic changes within flow and sequences. We will first be working on technique and effective balance practice. Starting from basic hand balances and moving head balances. We will then explore the infinite possibilities of introducing balances in sequences and flow.

⭐️4:20-5pm Hoop Jam, Exploration Time & Hoop Clinic ⭐️
Some free time at the end of all the workshops to explore your new tricks or work on existing ones - Lisa & Callum will both be on hand and you can pick their brains about anything you are working on.

It's happening again soon! It has been many years since the last Birmingham convention, and this year we present to you "Central Juggling Convention", or CJC.

Its location at the heart of the country makes it easy to access however you choose to travel, close to the motorway, the train station and a bus stop.

You can expect all sorts, like liquorice allsorts for winning the games, a huge hall for juggling, unicycling and everything in between and workshops for all levels.
The cabaret style show in the evening will have a host of talented performers and a raffle.

Whether you are new to juggling conventions or attend every one, young or old there will be something for everyone.

Come and help make this event a successful one, so we can bring this back year after year.
