Hoop manipulation and juggling act

Costume: Worn down, torn up blacks, war paint, steampunk goggles with studded accessories.

Props: 8 white hoops.

​

Length: 6 minutes.

Walkabout: Roaming freestyle juggling/hula hooping using the characters of the act. We can roam performing solo and occasionally team up to perform snippets of duo hula hooping and juggling.

 

Feel: Post apocalyptic, robotic, dystopian.

Additional notes: The act follows a narrative in which the protagonists are former cyborg assistants to a now extinct human race who are the only remaining beings left on planet earth. Without humans to serve they spend there time using their tools (hoops) to make repetitive, machine like patterns, occasionally glitching due to their old and worn out programming. 

 

Technical Requirements: Stage Width 6m Depth 4m Height 5m (this is ideal, but we can adapt our act to work with less if needed), PA for act music.
